The preservation of the original materials of the old mansion-from the 19th-century Sicilian terracotta floor to the hand-painted majolica tiles of the old kitchen-contributes to the authentic rural atmosphere of yesteryear.
The house, equipped with bed and bath linens, is furnished with all the necessary furniture and accessories to ensure a comfortable stay. Some of the furniture is original and has been deliberately preserved by the owners to keep the warm and historic charm of the home intact.
The property can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a double bedroom and a small room with a bunk bed, ideal for a family. The bathroom with shower was recently renovated (2025).
Thanks to the presence of an antique cast-iron stove and hot/cold air conditioning, the house is perfect for both summer vacations and winter stays.
The outdoor area, overlooking the ancient baglio, is bordered by stone walls covered with bignonia and surrounded by typical duranta shrubs with lilac flowers and yellow-orange fruits. Shaded by a wooden canopy, it is equipped with a dining table, chairs and armchairs that create a pleasant conversation corner. The space ends with a small garden that gives freshness and harmony to the surroundings.
