Portico House - Zocco Houses

This house features a large porch that still preserves the old wood-burning oven, once used by our ancestors to bake bread. The porch is pleasantly furnished to offer moments of rest and pleasant conversation.
The house has a maximum capacity of 4 beds, distributed on two levels. On the ground floor are the master bedroom, bathroom with shower, small kitchen and living room with dining table. On the upper floor, reached by a steep wooden staircase, is a small loft with two beds.
Much of the furniture is family and, by the owners' will, has been maintained to preserve the old and cozy atmosphere of the house.
Thanks to the fully functioning antique wood stove and hot/cold air conditioners, the house can be used for both summer and winter stays.
The property is enhanced by a large terrace in the shade of an ancient and fragrant jasmine tree, with magnificent views of the Gulf of Castellammare, furnished with dining table, chairs and barbecue.
In front of the house opens a large outdoor area with lawn, surrounded by dozens of ancient Strelitzia reginae, from which you can admire a beautiful sunset.
