Strelizie House - Zocco Houses

It is the largest house on the property and has a capacity of 6 beds, distributed on two levels.
On the ground floor there is a large double-height kitchen with fireplace, a recently renovated bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a large living room-the old barn-where the stone troughs are still visible, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed.
Much of the furniture present is family and has been intentionally maintained by the owners to preserve the old and cozy atmosphere of the house.
On the upper floor, reached by a wooden staircase, there is a second double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, also recently renovated (2024).
With a fully functioning fireplace and hot/cold air conditioners, the house is ideal for both summer and winter vacations.
Outside, the property is graced with a large terrace shaded by fragrant jasmine and a majestic old American vine, with splendid views of the Gulf of Castellammare. The terrace is furnished with a dining table, chairs and barbecue.
The house also has access to a large lawned outdoor area, surrounded by dozens of ancient Strelitzia reginae, from which there is a wonderful view, particularly impressive at sunset.
