Waterlily House - Zocco Houses

The house, completely renovated, retains the charm of the country cottage of the late 1800s. It can accommodate up to 3+2 people and is equipped with all the necessary furnishings and accessories to spend a comfortable vacation. It is spread over a single floor and, thanks to the layout of the spaces, is also suitable for young couples with small children.
It has two bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed, as well as a living room with a sofa bed. A large and comfortable bathroom, renovated in 2025, with shower, and a rustic kitchen made with traditional Sicilian materials complete the property.
Many of the furnishings present are family and have been intentionally maintained by the owners to preserve the old and cozy atmosphere of the house.
With a fully functioning fireplace and cast-iron stove, the house is ideal for both summer and winter vacations.
Along the avenue leading to the artificial pond is an area shaded by a pergola, furnished with a dining table, chairs, barbecue, deck chairs and hammock, perfect for spending pleasant evenings immersed in the scent of the Sicilian countryside's orange blossoms.
