Overview House - Zocco Houses

Casa Panoramica is the most distinctive of the homes on the Zucco Estate.The original movement of the roofs, the ancient heights, the preservation of the original openings, the traditional terracotta floors and the presence of part of the period furnishings give the house an authentic atmosphere of yesteryear.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of two double bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom, a living room with kitchen and a second bathroom with shower.
Outdoor spaces include two terraces: the first, shaded by a pergola, offers a magnificent view of the Gulf of Castellammare and is furnished with a dining table, chairs and barbecue; the second has a stone sofa and armchairs, ideal for moments of reading and relaxation.
In front of the house is a large lawn area, surrounded by dozens of ancient Strelitzia reginae, from which you can enjoy views of beautiful sunsets.
