The house, completely renovated with care and with the right balance between modernity and respect for the original, has a capacity for 4 people and is equipped, in addition to bed and bath linens, with all the necessary furnishings and accessories for a pleasant vacation.
On the garden level there is a double bedroom with a 1.60 m bed, a large and comfortable bathroom with shower and a living room with a rustic kitchen made with traditional Sicilian materials. On the mezzanine floor, accessible by a small wooden staircase placed in the living room, there are instead two single beds (1.20 m).
Many of the furnishings present are family and have been intentionally maintained by the owners to preserve the old and cozy atmosphere of the house.
With a fully functioning fireplace and hot/cold air conditioners, the house is suitable for both summer vacations and winter stays.
The terrace, shaded by a colorful bougainvillea, is furnished with a dining table and chairs for relaxing, and is an ideal place to spend cool summer evenings. There is also an outdoor lawn space furnished with an 18th-century stone bench, chairs, and barbecue under the shade of a lush Schinus Molle (False Pepper), perfect for pleasant outdoor evenings.
